peaq Ecosystem Fund/ Grant Program Committee

The general task of the Grant Program Committee is to screen, review and vote FOR or AGAINST a project to be admitted to the program. All applications will be reviewed by an installed committee that consists of the following voting members:

• Fundamental Labs
• Cypher Capital
• Hashkey
• Mulana Capital
• Waterdrip Capital
• GravityX Capital
• peaq Foundation

Each Committee Member has one vote. For a decision to be made, at least four members have to agree FOR or AGAINST a project. If a member is not able or does not want to vote within 7 days of the presented projects, the voting right for this voting round will go to the peaq Foundation. In future initiatives, it is planned to involve community votes as well. Therefore, it is planned to give additional votes to the community by selecting active community members.
